Rootz Reactivation Initiative Goes Enteractive
Rootz, the leading iGaming operator with recognisable brands including Caxino, Wheelz, and Wildz, has enlisted the skills of business retention specialists at Enteractive to boost account re-activations amongst lapsed players.
The campaign to bring back estranged customers will primarily focus on the Canadian, Finnish, and New Zealand markets, with these locations seen as good growth prospects for the firm.
Based in the Mediterranean iGaming haven of Malta, Rootz kickstarted its collaboration in the final quarter of 2022 to tempt players back to the Caxino, Wheelz, and Wildz platforms.
As leaders in this field, the Enteractive team has spent little time developing person-centred marketing campaigns designed to lure transient fans back to the slots lobbies and the tables lounges, improving revenue prospects for Rootz.
Enteractive does much of its work through Cloud-based technology. A perfect solution for efficiently trawling through the playing records of prior clients to analyse which are prime candidates to re-acquaint themselves with one of the leading Rootz online casinos.
Once this information is gleaned, Enteractive’s field team are adept at connecting with this subset of the customer base by phone to encourage them to return to the Rootz casino fold.
The combination of database targeting and the personal touch of person-to-person communication has been a fruitful combination for Enteractive in recent years, a feature that encouraged Rootz to enter into the tie-up.
The Chief Commercial Operator at Rootz, Sam Brown, suggested that it was “a no-brainer” to employ the skills of Enteractive, adding that executives at Rootz had been impressed with how its new partners had approached “reactivation and retention on behalf of operator partners.”
Although it is too early to determine how fruitful the input from Enteractive will ultimately be, Brown added that he was “excited” to understand how “the uplift in player engagement” would transpire now that Enteractive is on board.
Enteractive executive, Andrew Foster, agreed that collaboration with Rootz will eventually deliver positive results, pointing out that Rootz is “another iGaming company that sees the benefits of converting all player revenue opportunities” and by acquiring its expertise, Rootz would see numbers “of active and depositing players” rise.
Rootz has been in the business of providing online casino play since 2018. Founded by an expert team of industry insiders, Rootz is keen to innovate to keep its products fresh for fans of all slots and table games. This focus has seen the firm being recognised for developing one of the most complete online gaming systems within the sector.
Enteractive has operated since 2008 and is a leader in the casino retention and reactivation field. The firm boasts a proud track record of re-activating over 13,000 player accounts each month in collaboration with casino operators who employ its expertise.
